Cancellation Policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS I understand that unexpected events happen occasionally, so in an effort to be fair to all of my clients, and out of consideration for my time, the following terms and conditions will apply: CANCELLATIONS: I require a minimum of 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please ensure you contact me by telephone to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the event that you fail to provide the required advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fees. Charges will not be applied when the required cancellation notice is provided. HEALTH FUND REBATE POLICY: Claims must be made under the name of the person receiving treatment. We do not accept health fund claims under a different name than the client. Please ensure your details match your health fund card. PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE POLICY: To continue providing quality care on public holidays, a 10% surcharge will apply to all treatments.
