1. Stay Hydrated

Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins and keeps your muscles hydrated, reducing soreness and fatigue.


2. Take It Easy

Allow your body to rest and recover. Avoid intense exercise or heavy lifting for the next 24 hours.


3. Apply Heat or Cold Therapy

  • Have a warm bath, shower, or use a heat pack to relax your muscles further.

  • Apply a cold compress to any inflamed areas if needed.


4. Stretch and Move Gently

Gentle stretching or light movements can help maintain the looseness and flexibility gained from your massage.
