BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I understand that unexpected events happen occasionally, so in an effort to be fair to all of my clients, and out of consideration for my time, the following terms and conditions will apply:
Cancellations:

I require a minimum of 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Please ensure you contact me by telephone to cancel or reschedule appointments.

In the event that you fail to provide the required advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fees.

Charges will not be applied when the required cancellation notice is provided
Late arrivals:

Appointment times must be adhered to. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, then your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Irrespective of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the fee of the full session. However, even if you are late to your appointment, I will do my best to honour the scheduled time where possible.
What to expect after treatment:

It is normal for you to feel some muscle soreness, aching, and, on occasion, some bruising as a result of a deep tissue massage. This will pass with time as part of the recovery process. Always consult your GP or a healthcare professional for medical attention and advice if you have any concerns.
Treatment records:

You agree to your information being kept on file, securely and confidentially and understand that it shall not be passed onto or read by any third parties, unless previous consent has been sought and provided, for the purposes of referral to another professional or organisation.

You agree to provide accurate and up to date information in regard to any changes to any ongoing medical treatments, as these changes may negatively impact your massage treatments in some way.
By booking and attending a treatment, it will be assumed that you have read, understood, and consent to the Terms and Conditions as described here.

You understand that any treatment you may undertake with Uniflex Remedial Massage is done voluntarily on the understanding that you have read and will adhere to the Terms and Conditions as set out above.
